Lenny has spent the last 30 years dealing with and helping people with social issues. He has been involved in many charities, the last being CEO of Access Inc where he spent 10 years in this role. Lenny has won multiple recognition awards and in 2009 won the Glen Eira Citizen of the Year Award. Lenny's special needs and mental health background enables him to understand the implications of disability, anxiety, depression and the difficulties they bring. Sam's passion for fitness has never abated but only strengthened with the pleasure she derives from helping others. But no pleasure ranks with the pleasure of helping unmotivated people for whatever reason, become motivated. Sam's long history of working with special needs & mental health clients stands her in good stead to understanding the mind of why human beings fight the anxiety of exercise. To invigorate a persons soul, mind and body is the ultimate achievement. Sam owns and operates a personal training and fitness studio, Flex Training at the same address as Positive Directions.

Samantha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and the founding director of The Nutrition Code. Samantha believes that nutrition plays a BIG role in achieving physical and emotional wellbeing and she is thrilled to be working in collaboration with Positive Directions. Samantha offers a holistic approach to achieving wellness, with simple and sustainable food ideas to nourish your body and help you feel great! Samantha sees both children and adults, and also specialises in creating customised meal plans and solutions.
